Solvers, simulation datasets and post-processing scripts behind the published work — archived on Zenodo under a persistent DOI, so that the figures of a paper can be regenerated from the material released with it.

The principle
Solvers and analysis scripts are released as they were run, with the production cases and the figure scripts, so that the results can be regenerated without rerunning the simulations.
Aperture fields, flow and temperature fields and derived statistics are deposited in open formats — HDF5 above all — readable from MATLAB, Python or HDFView without the original toolchain.
Every deposit carries a concept DOI, listed here, which always resolves to the latest version, and a version DOI for the exact state used. Cite the concept DOI for the material, the version DOI when reproducibility depends on it.
Everything below is under CC BY 4.0 and follows the GEONEAT Data Management Plan. Where a third-party agreement or a co-author’s embargo prevents release, the record still exists, with the restriction stated in its metadata.

GEONEAT 2D heterogeneous fracture aperture and Reynolds-based flow fields
Four independent runs, 100 Monte Carlo realizations each, of steady flow in rough-walled fractures under the lubrication approximation. Every realization carries the aperture field and the pressure and velocity fields, longitudinal and transverse, in HDF5; apertures are generated by an FFT-based method and the flow is solved with a Newton scheme. Readable from HDFView, MATLAB and Python.

Rheology-controlled hydraulic selection in fracture–matrix heat transport
Datasets and MATLAB code supporting the manuscript: the channel-selection diagnostics, the fracture–matrix exchange model and the thermal signatures reported in it. Two versions are archived; the concept DOI resolves to the current one.

The released records above were produced within GEONEAT — a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions postdoctoral fellowship on non-Newtonian flow and heat transport in geological fractures — and follow the open-science requirements of Horizon Europe: deposit in a trusted repository under a persistent identifier, open metadata, and a data management plan that fixes formats and retention.
Each record carries the project acknowledgement and the grant number in its metadata, so that it is discoverable from the project as well as from the paper.
